Wednesdays, 1pm - 3pm, Dance Studio, block A, 1st Floor
These sessions have been designed to support you on your journey through university and adjusting to your new site by allowing you to share and learn positive ideas on promoting good mental health and well-being.
You can talk on a one to one basis with a psychotherapist, or you can simply just listen and be at the session. We want you to feel comfortable and know you are not alone.
We will have a new well-being theme each week, so it is a great opportunity for you to let CODE help you look after your mental health.
We will have drinks, snacks and a few activities to get your brain engaged.
You can walk into the session anytime during the two hour period, but we do recommend that you book, as we are limited to only 15 attendees.
